Adobe Ranch House Daily & Weekly Rates
Rates: $1750 to $2,800 weekly, rate based on double occupancy.

January 3rd - March 31st: $350/day $2450/week

January 28th-February 4, 2008: $600/day $4200/week

April 1st - May 31st - $325/day $2275/week

June 1st - September 30th: $175/daily $1225/week

October 1st - December 20th: $300/daily $2100/week

December 21st- January 2nd : $400/daily $2800/week

Note: Deposit of 50% of total rate due upon reservation. Balance due 30
days before check-in. All rates based on 2 guests. $50 per day charge
for additional guest. If pool heating is requested, it is a $30 per day pool
heating fee. Check-in 4PM, Check-out 10AM.

June 1st - Oct 31st: $175/daily $1225week. Western Adventure Special
